What type of Lease terms do you offer?
Here at South Shore Harbour we offer our tenants Month-To Month Lease agreements.
Do you require a deposit for slip rentals?
We require a refundable one month’s security deposit.
What is your vacate policy?
We require a 30 day vacate notice for any tenant that wishes to vacate from their slip.
Are there any exceptions to the vacate notice?
Yes, if you sell your boat and the new owner takes over your slip immediately your 30 day notice is waived and you will receive your deposit back minus any applicable charges.
Do tenants have access to South Shore Harbour Resorts pool?
Yes! Our tenants have FREE access to The Oasis Pool located at the Resort. Just show your tenant membership card!
Do tenants have access to the South Shore Harbour Fitness Center?
Yes! Our tenants receive a discounted daily rate to the South Shore Fitness Center.
Do tenants have access to the South Shore Country Club?
No.
Does the Marina charge for electricity?
Yes, for 35’ and larger slips you will see metered electricity on your monthly invoice.
Does the Marina have Wi-Fi?
Yes!
Does the Marina auto draft for payments?
Yes! You will need to sign a credit card authorization form with credit card information.
