Our floating piers offer the ultimate in ease of use and safety during storms and high tides. They weathered hurricane Ike with no damage. They have been recently renovated and are in like-new condition. Most slips have finger piers on both sides of your boat for ease of entry and exit, and the safety of your crew and your boat. Depending on the size of the slip, there is 30 amp 125V, 50 amp 125V, or 50 amp 125/250V electrical service. Fresh water is available at each slip as is a dock box for your use. Wifi is available.
A one-time security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon rental of the slip. Billing is in advance, due at the first of every month. Security deposit will be returned only after a 30-day advance notice is given to vacate the slip. At this time, the Marina is only able to accept checks and/or cash for slip fee payments.
